Important Information Regarding Your Right of Withdrawal
For Physical Products:
You have 14 days from the date of product delivery to cancel your purchase. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your notification, though we reserve the right to withhold payment until the physical items are received back or proof of return shipping is provided. Unless otherwise stated in our terms, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For Services and Scheduled Readings:

Fully Performed Services: If you booked a live reading or service that has already been fully delivered at your request, you cannot cancel or request a refund. Your right of withdrawal expires once the service is complete.

Unperformed / Scheduled Services: If you cancel a service that has not yet started, you will receive a full refund.

In-Progress Services: If you explicitly requested a service or ongoing digital service to begin during the 14-day window, you will be refunded minus a proportional amount for the portions of the service already completed.
