No-Shows: If you miss your appointment, you are given the opportunity to reschedule within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

Refunds: If no rescheduled appointment is made within that 24-hour window, a 50% refund will be issued to the buyer.
Material Goods
There are no refunds on material goods unless they arrive damaged.
