Spritz Away

I’m always trying out new blends or recipes for essential oils to defuse or spritz around the house. Today I tried a new blend of oils to give the house a different feel. Rather than the same old stand-by scent of Lavender, I decided to add some Black Pepper oil to it. Don’t get me wrong, I love lavender but sometimes I need a little more. The blend has a nice feel to it. It’s relaxing and refreshing. A warming sensation. Black Pepper is known for its ability to reduce body aches while Lavender can help reduce stress and insomnia. A nice combination.

In a 4-ounce spray bottle use:

Water

25 drops of Black Pepper Essential Oil

20 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

Shake and spritz!

In a defuser reduce the number of drops to 4-5 drops of black pepper and 3-4 drops of lavender.
