Classes I offer a 1-hour meditation class every two weeks on Saturday mornings at 9 AM PST. Check for availability. Please consider a $10, $15, or $20 contribution.   Live Guided Meditation: Clearing Your Space I invite you to join me for a live, one-hour guided meditation session. These sessions are the heart of my own daily practice—the very foundation I use to stay balanced and clear—and I’m honored to share them with you. What to Expect During our hour together, I will lead you through 2–3 specific meditations designed to help you reclaim your energy. We focus on three essential pillars: Centering: Finding that "Gold Ball" of neutrality within yourself. Grounding: Establishing a deep connection to the earth to feel stable and secure. Energetic Boundaries: Learning how to define your space so you don’t take on the world's noise. Why We Practice Throughout the day, we naturally pick up energies that aren’t ours—stress, fear, or the collective anxiety of the world around us. These tools are designed to help you "sweep the floors" of your own mind. By the end of the session, the goal is for you to feel calmer, lighter, and more at ease in your own skin. How to Join Format: Live via Zoom. Cost: This is a donation-based gathering. I believe these tools should be accessible to everyone, and your contributions help support the continuation of these sessions.
