Direct Sight vs. The Deck: Why I Sell Tarot (But Don’t Use It)

If you’ve browsed my site, you might have noticed a bit of a paradox. On one hand, I’m very vocal about my "No-Tool" approach to clairvoyance. On the other, my shop is filled with beautiful Tarot decks and insightful books.


It’s a question I get often: "Darryl, if you don’t use cards, why are you selling them?"


It’s a fair question! The answer lies in the difference between Direct Insight and Symbolic Study. My Gift: Direct Clairvoyance When we sit down for a session, I don’t want anything standing between the energy I’m receiving and the message I’m giving you. For me, clairvoyance is a direct line—a "clear seeing" that doesn't require a middleman.

  • No Cards: I don't need to shuffle to find your truth.

  • No Tools: No pendulums, no crystals, just pure energetic connection.

  • The Benefit: This allows for a raw, unfiltered session that is unique to your specific vibration in that moment.

My Tarot Shop: Tools for Your Personal Journey

While I don't use tools to perform my work, I have a deep respect for the archetypes, history, and artistry of the Tarot.Tarot is a magnificent language. It is a tool for reflection, a way to spark intuition, and a wonderful "bridge" for those who are just beginning to explore their own psychic potential. I offer these cards and books because:

  1. Self-Empowerment: I want to provide you with resources to explore your own intuition between our sessions.

  2. Education: Tarot is a historical map of the human experience. Even if I don't use them for readings, they are valuable teachers.

  3. Artistry: Many of the decks I select are works of art that serve as focal points for meditation and mindfulness.

Think of it like this: A master chef might be able to tell if a sauce is perfect just by the aroma (that’s the "Direct Insight"), but they still sell high-quality knives and cookbooks so that you can create magic in your own kitchen.
