Shadow Work: Meeting Your Spirit in Present Time

I often have clients come to me asking about "Shadow Work." They’ve heard it’s a powerful way to heal, but they’re also a little nervous because it sounds dark or difficult. In my work as a clairvoyant, I see it a bit differently. To me, Shadow Work is simply about clearing the fog so you can see your own spirit more clearly.

When we talk about the "shadow," we’re really talking about old energy and outdated programming that is still hanging around in our space. We all carry it—old beliefs from our childhood, stress from past jobs, or emotions we didn't feel safe expressing at the time.
Shadow Work vs. Energy Clearing
In many ways, Shadow Work and energy healing are two sides of the same coin. Traditional Shadow Work is often about the why—digging into the past to understand why you feel stuck. My approach focuses on the what—seeing what that energy looks like in your spirit right now and clearing it out so you can move forward.
In my practice, I work with the process of de-energizing pictures.
Think of these "pictures" as stored memories, past experiences, or limiting beliefs held within your energetic space. When a picture carries a heavy emotional charge, it continues to trigger you in everyday life. By de-energizing the picture, we clear away the pain, fear, or judgment attached to it. This leaves you with the core information and wisdom of the experience—without any of the emotional weight.
When we work together in a neutral space, we aren't just analyzing the past; we are releasing that emotional charge so you can be fully grounded in present time.
Bringing the Hidden into the Light
One of the most beautiful things about this work is that the "shadow" isn't just full of "bad" things. It often holds our greatest strengths—like our creativity, authority, or intuition—that we were told to suppress or keep quiet. When we clear away the stagnant energy of fear or shame, those bright parts of your spirit finally have room to shine.
You don’t have to "fight" your shadow or struggle through years of painful digging to find peace. By staying grounded and looking at your energy with neutrality, you can acknowledge those hidden pictures without being overwhelmed by them.
The Freedom of Being Whole
The goal of all spiritual work is to feel more like yourself. Whether you call it Shadow Work or energy healing, the result is the same: you stop reacting to old patterns and start responding to life from a place of clarity.
When you stop hiding parts of yourself and de-energize those old pictures, you stop leaking energy. You start to feel more integrated, balanced, and much lighter. If you’ve been feeling out of sync, it might just be time to clear the emotional charge off a few old memories and let the rest go. Your spirit is ready to be in present time.
Ready to de-energize old pictures, clear your space, and step back into your own power?
