Refresh and Replenish with Your Homemade Aura Spritz

Here is an Aura Spritz you can use anytime. Just for relaxing or when you are anticipating a stressful moment. Use it to help get you through the troubling time or to further relax.

I experimented with a new essential oil blend today, incorporating black pepper oil into my usual lavender scent. While I love lavender's relaxing properties, I wanted a more invigorating aroma. This blend offers a warming, refreshing feeling, combining the stress-relieving benefits of lavender with black pepper's reputed ability to ease body aches. I'm pleased with the results.

Here is an easy recipe to follow. What you'll need is:

• Two-ounce bottle with spray cap

• One part distilled water

• One part unscented witch hazel

• 5-10 drops lavender essential oil

• 5-10 drops of black pepper essential oil

For bonus points, do the following:

Consecration. After gathering all of the ingredients, hold each item in the palm of your dominant hand. Visualize your intention. Bring to your awareness the properties of the lavender and black pepper. After combining all ingredients, again, hold the finished product in your dominant hand. Cup the bottle with the other hand and imagine white light forming in your chest (in your 4th chakra). Visualize your intentions and allow the light to move down your arm to your hand and into the bottle. Imagine the light radiating inside and outside the bottle. Say these or similar words out loud: “May it be with the blessing of the Supreme Being that this oil cleanses and replenishes my space.” 

You are now ready to spritz away and enjoy.
